The Firm is not licensed to practice law in Côte d'Ivoire or any jurisdiction outside the District of Columbia. Any services involving non-DC law are provided in coordination with locally licensed counsel or as permitted under applicable rules governing multijurisdictional practice.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

  • Chargebacks initiated without prior written notice to the Firm may be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in refusal of future services.
